  My review is based on the fact that I bring a group of people there at 4:00 PM on Mondays because I teach a class in Humanities across the street 2 hours prior to that. I cannot speak about the menu or quality of food there. But the staff has been friendly in allowing us there a tad early and rearranging the furniture for our needs. We drink wine and the selection is quite nice. Some of the better wines in the area I may add. We have had hors d'eouvres there and I recommend the tuna slices nearly sushi style with a tart sauce as an inviting start. Considering its quality in certain the entrees will measure up to anyone's culinary hopes on what is otherwise an oasis on beach fare dining. It should be pointed out that people generally come better dressed than The Beach People Beyond the Grave. So dress up a bit. You'll fit right in. It's pricey. But what isn't that has worth.

  A group of 4 of us went there for dinner. Service was excellent from the moment we walked in. Attentive but not obtrusive. Food was well prepared and cooked to order. Excellent wine list on an iPad! Highly recommended!

  Loved the atmosphere and piano bar. I had one of the specials that was grouper on sautéed spinach with roasted red potato with rosemary. Served on bowl style dinnerware, the fish sat on top of potatoes and spinach drenched in soy sauce. Potatoes cut small, hard to find, and could taste no rosemary, only soy. However, I will be back to try other menu items

  First class food and fine wines w prices to match. Worth every penny. Go between 5 and 7 and get a special bar menu. The eggplant is divine. Bar service was terrible, an older blond women with an attractive chinnon had a very snotty attitude. She was just rude. I tipped her nicely anyway. Menopause is tough.
  Great steaks and veal chops. At 7 they open a piano bar called the Red Slipper, very friendly and great atmosphere.
