  Six of us made reservations in person four days before St Patrick's Day. We showed on time but the waitress had just given our 6-person booth to a couple. Talked to managers several times and about 20 minutes later we finally got our booth. Yes, it was crowded but service was really slow. 20 minutes to just get water. Food order slow. One meal didn't come with the rest and I had to walk back to the kitchen and tell them what to prepare. Silverware was dumped on the table wet and I had to dry each piece. My corned beef and cabbage came with more carrots than cabbage. Asked the chef himself for some cabbage which he said he'd bring but he never showed up. The advertisement said Irish music but it was just two pretty good guys doing songs like "Under the boardwalk". Only pro is that beer was cheap. Never again for us.

  No Valentine's day value.
  
  They had a playful sign out on Valentine's day. When we walked in, the restaurant was less than half full.
  
  After we were seated and served drinks we were notified that the normal menu was not being served, and the available was the $50 Valentine's day special for two. Nothing on the special really appealed to me, but we were already seated so OK.
  
  It came with 2 salads, 1 appetizer, 2 main dishes, and 2 desserts.
  
  The salads were small, the calamari appetizer was OK, and the main dishes were also small, but very tasty!
  
  The sauce used for the chicken was great.
  
  When the desserts came out there was only 1 of the 3 that was still available.
  
  If we ordered the items a la carte, or as part of a normal dinner special I would put the value at ~$15+tip each; not $25+.

  Food was good, but atmosphere was not worth the money. Only other people there were many elderly people who were drinking a lot. Also, it is not on the water.
